Still & Flow Sauna is a modern wellness experience that combines the heat of a Nordic sauna with the chill of a cold plunge.
Still & Flow is more than just heat and cold — it’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to the rhythms of nature. Inspired by traditional Nordic sauna culture, our experiences are designed to restore balance in body and mind through contrast, presence, and community.
While the mobile sauna and cold plunge form the heart of what we do, our vision extends further. Through seasonal pop-up events in wild and beautiful places, we’ll bring together elements like yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, sound, and music — all in harmony with the natural world. Whether you're stepping into the heat, immersing in the cold, or simply sitting still under the trees, every Still & Flow session is an opportunity to reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with the land around you.
